maximum time to take interview date for h1b
Hello,
my file for H1B is selected for the year 2008. But till the date i did not take take the interview date. So ,i want to know that is there any limit of time frame within that i must take interview date and must appeare for the interview? my H1B will be valid if got late to take interview date? |

Check with your lawyer as well but I think if you wait past a year you may not have a guaranteed right to proceed.
