My H1-B is expiring in first week of Feb,2009 and my employer (after long delay) filed for the extension on 01/21 ( I havent received my receipt number yet) and he told me that I can keep on working even though my H1/I-94 will expire in first week of Feb.
Is it right??? Please confirm |
