Default H-1B

I got my H-1B visa a weak ago. Now the conpany that sponsered me to get H-1B visa (they show the immigartion office that they will be able to pay the minimum salary) told me that they are not going to hire me becouse they do not have budget. What is my option?

I think you have to find another employer if they cannot maintain a workload that justifies your presence.

The same think happendd to my brother but he did get a new job and transferred the visa.

You might also threaten to sue the employer as a contract matter if they made firm agreements with you and you relied on the agreement.
