Immigration Issue

Hi,

I am from India and I am looking for jobs in US in my field. I get positive replies from almost all of the employers.. But they saying they cannot sponsor H1B VISA to me.. I like to know if there is any other ways I can get work permit first .. if so.. can any one help me to get work permit.. ?

I looked for some information regarding this.. I found out I am eligible for the 1st priority workers (persons of extraordinary ability ). My Art works have been published by international magazines and I have won few awards ( international) for my artworks too.. I can provide the proofs and references if its necessary.. So I believe I can be considered for the 1st priority workers (persons of extraordinary ability in arts ).

I can find a job with work permit easily.. In fact I am already working for US based company ( Portland) thru Internet as freelance artist..

Pls help me.. what should I do..
