denied i485
my husband has just been denied i485. I still do not know the reason, as I learned this from automated voice system. We are applying because I am an american citizen and he used to have a work visa (which has now expired). If he is out of the country, can he come back with tourist visa? what happens if he does? Please somebody answer!

I have the same issue My aplication was denied and I have a b1/b2 turist visa all my family is here and I would like to know if I can still use this visa to visit the USA. Do you have any advise.
