Unhappy Reschedule for an earlier Biometrics Appointment

Hi.

I have a Biometrics Appointment on the 23rd of Oct.
i was wondering if i could reschedule for an earlier appointment.
is that possible?
I have some emergancy family issues and Im booked for a flight for the Philippines on the 15th of Oct. and i might not be able to come back for awhile.

This is for my Green Card renewal.

thank you.

You can do it later but not necessarily earlier.

I just missed my biometrics appointment. I lost the letter with my appointment information, and just found out that i missed it. I think i remember it saying something to the effect that my appointment is on such and such day or i could come on any Wednesday after that date. I cant seem to get anyone to confirm this on the phone. Anyone here know or have their letter to see what it might have said?
