International Travel For R-1 Visa Holder

I am a U.S. citizen planning to leave the country, to begin working in
Kuwait, in less than a month. I am leaving behind a fiance, from Dominica,
who is in the U.S. with an R-1 visa that expires next year. I would like to
return, anytime within 6 months and bring her with me to Kuwait. What is
the proper approach to make this transition smooth, keeping in mind that I
may return to the U.S. in 3-5 years?
