Green Card for illegal immigrants through employment.
My question is: Can an illegal immigrant apply for a green card with the help of his/her employer? Thank you!

I wish to inform you that you can get a Green Card through job. In this, your employer can file the Form I-140 along with fee. Once the Form I-140 is approved and a visa is available, you can file Form I-485 for adjustment of status to become a permanent resident. The employer can file the Form I-140 for following type of employees:
EB-1 (Priority Workers). EB-2 (Professionals). EB-3 (Professional Workers). EB-4 (Special Immigrants). AFF |

hey have question i came to the usa when i was one i went to school here 1-12 HAVE NO CRIMINAL RECORD but my father try to legalize me but the lawyer was a fraud and the charge my father 2000 dollars to be legal but the lawyer was apply for like we were salvadorians but yet we are mexicans so two weeks ago i got deported im 21 now they deported 2 weeks ago because according to them i got deported wend i was 5 yet i want to go back legally i have a girlfriend that i been with for 3 years and she wants to get married what can i do I NEED HELP SOME ONE HELP ME

I would like to know since boyfriend is illegal, but we have a daughter together can he file for a visa card with his employer even though its a restaurant?

Sorry, there is no way that an illegal immigrant can get a green card through his employer.
