DV-2009 interview in consular office in August 2009

I'm winner of DV2009, in October I filed I-485 to adjust my statuse and got denied (without prejudice) due to the fact that it was filed prematurely, as soon as I got denied I contacted KCC to re-file through consular office in my country, after much struggle they scheduled my intreview date by 25th of August, my concern is whether emmigrant visa will still be available by 25th of August? is there any way to check availability of emmigrant visas? Is it appropriate to check it with consular office in my country before I arrive there?
One more concern, after denyel my lowers filed for motion to reopen and reconsider, would that process have some negative effect on my interview at consular office in my country?

Don't worry about Interview, if yours documents are true you will have Visa without any problem. But if you are being married after receiving the first letter, they would ask you more question. God luck.
