Default Birth certificate advice needed

Hi,
I am planning for green card processing in EB1 outstanding researcher category. I do not have a birth certificate. I enquired in the municipality office in India, there my name is not yet entered, but my mother’s name appears and says one kid was born. Actually, I am born on 10th but the record where my mother’s name appears is on 11th. Now the municipality office is ready to issue a birth certificate for 11th but in my passport and all records my date of birth is 10th. So I am confused how to deal with this situation. Could someone suggest me the suitable options.
Thanks in advance,

i think the easiest way to go will be to bribe the authorities to change the date to 10. else you may have to change the dob on your entire range of id proofs
