Can I have GC yet live out of the U.S
I have a conditional green card based on marriage, currently i need to get the permanent GC however I am in a midst of crisis in the relationship and I moved to Israel, my husband wants to sponser me for the permanent GC, will I be able to take care of the procedure and then go back to Israel for 6-7 months?
