green card c2 commuter status
My uncle have a green card (commuter status) he moved into USA 3 weeks a go and now he wants to apply for a permanent resident card..what should he do?
what forms he needs to use? |

hi there...
maybe u can help me too.... im married and came to US with K3 visa..i have few questions... my visa will expire in september and we have no money to apply for green card yet.... when is latest date we still can apply to recieve green card till my visa expiration.. also do i need to go through med exam before apply or i can do it after? thank you !!! |
