Default Is I140 (EB-1A) still valid after 10 years?

Hello,

My I140 (GC) was approved in 1999 (10 years ago), under EB-1A category (no employer-sponsorship required). Due to the long waiting line, I moved to Canada and become a Canadian. Now, I return to US and want to apply for I485 (AoS).
Is my I140 still valid to file I485? Otherwise, what should I do to revive my I140?

I do have an employer now. Any comment is appreciated.
