Employment based GC question
All,
I have a question about if an employer will sponsor my GC in EB-2 category, I am from India. Now during the processing time which is around 9-10 years for Indians.. can I change my US employer during the GC processing if yes on which stage Labor I--140 or 485. Regards Starnger4u |
