redflagged passport

I´m a permanent resident since 2006. I left the US 4 month ago to take care of some family issues backin Europe. Before I left I put my car into reposession because I needed to leave asap.
My mail went to a friends house and I know the court has been looking for me to settle that repo case. Due to me being in Europe, I did not respond to those court letters. I know there is no warrant out for me in the US (called the local court) but I still wonder if there might be a chance my passport is redflagged and I might not get back in due to the repo issue. I do intend to solve the matter but can anyone tell me if there is a way to find out whether I will have problems getting back home and not be arrested at immigration for that not showing up at court and the repo.
