Urgent-H1 transfer
Present company A has filed for labor,approval pending.6th year H1 expires in 2 months.Have a I-140 approved by another Company B,PD date January 2008.What should be done to maintain a legal status?Can I transfer my H1 to the Company B since only two months left?If it is possible, then can we ask for 3 year H1 extension?What are the options?How to go about the process?
