Spouse VISA
Hello,
I'm pretty new in this forum but I hope you guys will help me with my query. I just got married to Indian girl who is US citizen. I am an Indian guy and permanent resident of Australia. My wife is planning to sponsor me for USA on spouse visa. We are not planning for K3 visa as I am about to get my Australian citizenship in few months... I am just wondering about the process and how long will it take to get me US spouse visa ( Green Card). i think it takes atleast 6 months. i am in the same situation but my problem is that i have a husband american so us citizen and i live in france, i am algerian , my husband can not support me so his mother want to be my support. can someone tell me which form my mother in law has to give to the immigration office and forms she needs to bring me in us please ? thanks alot
