Domestic Violence and Green Card
Hello!
My husband pushed me down and I hurt my arm, went to ER and got police report even if I didn't want to press any charges. Now my husband is going through DV case. What are my options with my Permanent Green Card. What hapens if I give him another chance, because it never happened before and I know he isn't a violent person. But I'm worried if things don't work out between us I will not be able to apply for my Green Card. Thanks for any advice! Please help! |
