Blackmail for green card- advice please!
I have a good friend who Jamaican national and is married to a US citizen. He is currently a temporary permanent resident and is waiting to get his green card. He should be called for interview soon. The problem is his wife wants a baby with him and he doesn't want one. She is threatening to jeopardise the green card if he doesnt give her what she wants! She is a horrible person. He obviously after nearly 4 yrs of going through this application wants to get his green card and feels totally blackmailed by her. It is likely they will split up eventually.
Is there anything he can do to prevent her from ruining his chances? any help muchly appreciated. |
