Green card name misspelled
I got my name misspelled on the green card, I don't know what do I need to gave to them to prove that it's wrong. My name is Kecheng, but on the green card its Ke C, they count the CHENG as middle name. On my passport it's Kecheng, so if I file the I-90 and mail them the I-90 with the green card and what else do I need to mail them? my passport??

That should suffice but have you also called them to discuss?
You may also want to have an immigration lawyer take over if any problems emerge. |
