Hello,
My citizen mother applied for me (unmarried daughter over 21) in November of 2001. The petition was approved, we're wating for the visa number to become current. Does any of you know why its' been 1 year and 9 months that Visa Bulletin is stuck on April 2001 for the 1st preference relatives of citizens? How long do you think will we have to wait for the processing date to move from April? Please help, it's been such an ordeal. |

It's because they do have to much work after 9/11.
They said it should change to April 28 in January. |
