Default 140 RFE - EB2

My green card is filed in eb2 category. Now I got RFE in I-140 phase.

I did a MCA course in 1998-2001. I failed in few exams and passed that in 2004.

Is there any chance for my 140 to get denied, since I failed and passed the exams in 2004.
