married but can't apply for GC
I came to the U.S. on J-1 visa and got married before it expired.I did not apply for the green card because in the meantime I found out that my husband has unpaid child support,did not filed taxes for several years(exept this one)and his income is not enough to be my sponsor.I'm out of status for a year now.Is there any way student or work visa that I can get untill my husband gets his life back on track?Thank you in advance.

Check with immigration counsel but if your husband can get his act together (ie a job) you two should still be able to continue and file?
Is that not possible? |
