Default greencard pending since 2002 - help!
I got married in April 2002, and still cannot get a greencard. I'm getting a reply to "wait" but how much more should I wait? Please help! What I am supposed to do? I have been at the INS office through infopass.

yes, I have been to the interviews three times, and had fingerprints three times as well. All other documents are approved. Thanks!

There can be delays but it may help to have immigration counsel track down the status and make sure all is proceeding correctly.

The cost should be nominal.
