Depends on the service center and the type of application.
Go to https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp and look for I-485 processing times under your jurisdiction. eom

US Green Card through ....
1) work is 3 years 2) relative is 10+ years 3) lottery is 2 years 4) special ability is 2 years 5) political asylum is 1 year There's other ways to get a GC. Someone please double check these stats. |
