Exclamation Leave eligibility

I have been appointed as Asst Executive Engineer in Panchayath Raj Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, on 07/09/1994 by the ENC PR Hyderabad .
I have also been sanctioned 8 years seniority scale by the ENC PR Hyderabad.
Vide GO Ms No 234, dt. 27/06/2005, my services have been regularised.
Accordingly, the ENC PR Hyderabad had issued proceeding dated 10/11/2005 , placing me on probation in the category – VI of Asst Executive Engineer, w.e.f 08/02/2002. consequently my probation has also been declared successful by the ENC PR Hyderabad.
Due to health problems I had go on leave for 95 days from 11/04/2005 to 14/07/2005.
Please clarify me, whether I am eligible for Half Pay Leave on medical grounds, during the period.
