Ok, i am wondering if i have a case. first of all, i did admit guilt in academic dishonesty and was dismissed from the school. The evidence only reflects one class in particular not the other 3 years i invested at the university. it was a stupid moment of weakness and i did own up to it. The school stated, "since the evidence points to dishonesty for this class, we have to assume it applies to all your classes. as a result you will not have access to your transcripts." which means that all of my education at this school just went down the drain. can a school legally keep a transcript if the only evidence points to only one incident? its like saying, "yeah, since you have evidence that i robbed that one house, i did it. does that mean that i robbed all of the other houses in the neighborhood that you did not have evidence?" please help! i dont know what kind of lawyer should i turn to in this situation.
Thanks |

I wish to inform you that you can challenge the university action on the ground that action against your previous year is unjustified as well as arbitrary. You can seek court order in your support. You can first write to university governing body for reconsideration. If university does not change decision Ministry of Education as well as court order can be sought.
