No. That is settled law. You must still pay.

Errr! first try and find the law that says you HAVE to pay taxes, phone your tax office and ask them to send you information directing you the the law thats says you must pay.

i live in the uk so unsure if that would be different from the usa tax laws?as im aware that the 15th or 16th (unsure which one) amendment was never rattaffied correctly therefor is an illigal tax.


well as im aware the uk went into iraq looking for weapons of mass destruction which were never found but yet they are still there.under the nerumberg principles and the criminal courts act 2001 sept 1st and the war laws it makes it unlawful for citizens to pay tax as it makes you a accessory to genocide and war crimes because you are effectively funding it.

but im not sure if this is right or not it is just something i saw in the press
