Default HR 45 Blair Holt Gun Control Bill

Very Important!!!!

Be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Ac t of 2009.

Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because the government is trying to fly it under the radar as a 'minor' IRS revision, and, as usuual, the 'political' lawmakers did not read this bill befre signing and approving it !

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.

Cool Re: Senate Bill SB-2099 -- federal tax form all guns

This bill is nothing but a rumor, if it were not, every gun club , the NRA, every gun manufacturer, anyone interested in the debate would be raising the rafters, go to the NRA site and read it for yourself people. To tax a Constitutional right is in and of itself unconstitutional. If it were ever to actually come down the pike Americans everywhere would disobey this unlawful decision and all willingly become 'criminals' overnight, also it would be political suicide for both the Republican AND Democrat party's and every member of them! They are stupid, but I dont think that they are crazy. Mark Shean
