Still waiting iin California
Is there any law for how much time the Social Security Administration has to make a decision? I have been on SSD twice in the past. I applied again Dec. 2006 and was denied. I filed an appeal, seen numorous doctors and then finally was given a hearing date for my appeal. The appeal date was Jan. 2009 and I am still waiting.

There is no exact time line but several months is very common.
