I have started a federal complaint for several issues. I hopr that it was the right court to start the complaint it has to do with being in a facility for addiction and my rights from searching my room to my religion brought into play to being mandated to go to AA/NA my knowing that there was a decision in federal court stating a person will not be mandated to attend these meetings. The HIPPA LAW was also violated by the manager of the facility stating my past treatment issues in front of all the clients I always was under the impression that those things was private information. There was also no due process in effect at that place. When someone was accused of violating a rule the manager would acuse them convict them and the he would give them a punishment all before that person had a chance to appeal the sentence he was judge jury and he imposed the sentence. I also had medication refused being given to me/my medical issues was not addressed as far as my diet not being done the way it should. I was on a special diert because of my stomach issues and the so called nutristionist not following it. Which lead to me going to the emergency room several times.
