I really need help and advise
I dont know what kind of lawyer to get for common law wife trying to get my true love, deceased rights from the V.A back and get me what he wanted in the first place. He wanted to be sure II was taken care of, and get his check after he died. I just wish we would of known that, was going to happen. I,M TRYING TO FIND OUT what I have to all do and how to go about and what information I need to do all this. Someone please give me some info. before I run out of time. There is a time limit on the time he died 10/8/2007 till now, I would of asked sooner, but could,nt bring myself untill know.

A benefits lawyer can file suit for you if need be.
They will often take a portion of the fees if they win so sometimes you need not pay up front. |
