fundraising platform for non profits

hi there,

are there any limitations on a private person or commercial entity, that supply a crowdfunding/fundraising platform to non profits- so they can raise money themselves directly to their own non profit account, while the software provider takes a small fee/percentage?

we will provide the platform, but money will be collected directly to the organization account.

and if there are how should i address them (creating the right legal entity, not using paypal and using some other means etc...)
