Donating Money to a Charity
I'm Hosting a nation wide car race event. We are giving the 1st place winner a cash prize. We are also donating money to an approved government Charity on the behalf of the driver and our organization. My question is can we legally award money to a driver if we are matching that amount to a Charity?

Do you mean can he be paid for the victory? Normally that is allowed as an expense if reasonable.
