Volunteer
We are looking at hosting a wine tasting to raise money for our school's PTO. The venue we are hosting at does not have liquor liability insurance although they sell 3-2 beer and wine coolers. The solmelier does have limited liability insurance as well.
Are we able to sell glasses for the sampling to cover the cost of the solmelier or is this considered profiting from the resale of liquor? Our event is Sat Feb 28 and we are in a panic. Please advise! |
