EAD
I'm in South Carolina.
I'm renewing my I765 annually while awaiting I485 status. Recently I received an appointment notice for biometrics of I765 renewal, but the appointment date is 2 weeks after my current EAD expiration date. What is my risk of continued employment? What about the time between biometrics and the day I received my renewed EAD card? Is there also risk there? What action(s) can I take to remove these potential fear? |
