Default Petitioner's spouse asking for child custody, spousal spt. etc.,only here 4 months?

I am a sponsor for Ecuadorian wife and child because petitioner did not qualify alone financially. Wife and child here only 4 months, now wife is suing petitioner
for child support and spousal support. Isn't there an immigration regulation that says she must be married 2 years to make her card legal? Can I or petitioner request to withdraw sponsorship?

Normally that is when she goes back to see how all is going.

If she is divorced before that she has to show the marriage was entered into in good faith or she will not be able to stay.

She has to be married for 2 years to get the "real resident card". Or if she married for real but something makes her want a divorce. A lot of times it is because she has been abused or something. She will need proof.
