Wish to get married
Intend on marrying US citizen. Looking for the easiest way to become legal
in US (currently spend most of my time with her in US). Can I remain here during the process or must I remain in Canada. According to Canadian law we are a common law couple and she is named as the beneficiary on my pension documents. |
