How can i petition my former wife w/c i divorced a few years ago in the US while she was in the Philippines? We reconciled 3 yrs. ago, but since divorce
is not recognized in the Philippines, i cannot re-marry her. I'm a green card holder now w/c i was able to obtain through a petition from my employer. What can i do to petition her? bnkyaong Last edited by bnkyaong : 01-03-2008 at 10:44 PM. |

You can re-marry in the US or have a court rule and confirm your status currently.
