Husband's Visa

My husband whom I petitioned was already interviewed in the consulate
of america in United Arab Emirates. Our concern is he was asked to provide an employment certificate of the employer who petitioned me. My problem is
that I was not able to work for that hospital because the agency who
processed my papers didn't let me work there and took my green card from me. I run away from the agency and came here in Illinois where I got a job in the healthcare. Will it affect my husband's petition since the embassy
asked for that employment certificate? I did not worked for that hospital
even a single day because when I called the human resource they didn't know me. It was the agency who processed all the papers and I paid them a huge sum of money.
Hope you can help me with this situation. I really wanted my husband to come here and live with me as soon as possible.
