Does a case like this have any chance of approval?
If after marriage the application is rejected, must the wife leave the US without recourse?

Also, there is conflicting information about the following: if the sponsor uses the assets of the sponsored immigrant to supplement insufficient income, does the immigrant need to fill a I-864A herself just for that? Some say yes, some say no.

Any information/insight into whether and how to proceed with such a case would be greatly appreciated. Preferrably from similar experience or knowledge of such cases.
