Priority date : 15 July 1996
Foreign State : India

We recieved this letter on 26th april 1997.
Now we have paid the immigration fees.
My birth date is 26 th august 1984. I am right now 23 years and 3 month old.
Will I be benifitted under CSPA.
Or anyting I can do ?
