Biological Father

Hi, I`m new here. I dont know if this question has been adressed before.

I m from Peru. (born, 22 Feb, 1979) My biological father is American, but i don't have his name in my birth certificate.
My questions are:
Do i have the right, or is there a way to obtain American citizenship or
American passport? (e.g: through a DNA test to prove father and son afiliation?)

Is my biological father obligated to do a DNA test? or is it up to his good
will?

You can file in court and require him to take a paternity test if you have good reason.

Hopefully another will answer as to your immigration rights,
