We left the U.S. for Thailand shortly after she got her conditional status. I reminded her constantly about her needing to return to maintain status, but to no avail. Another year has passed and I would like her to come back now albeit under duress. Because she has our two daughters who are U.S. citizens there and is out of status preventing her from returning, she won't let me take them to be educated in the U.S. I need to know what type of visa to apply for. We met in the U.S. married, had our first child then got her the conditional green card. Then we had another child together. My children do not I REPEAT DO NOT need visa's they are American citizens. Only my wife does.

I wish to inform you that you can get a visa and go to USA based upon your requirement to go to USA. Your children being minor cannot sponsor you to go to USA. Your children can go to USA based upon their US Citizenship but you may not enter. You can enter USA on other visa like work visa or similar such visa which is not based on child.
