Is unemployment benefit considered public assistance on the form I-485?

Hello, is New York State Unemployment Insurance considered the Public Assistance listed on the form I-485?

I know the New York State Public Assistance program is entirely different from the New York State Unemployment Insurance program.

I also checked the USCIS website, it says the unemployment compensation is not considered for public charge purpose.

However, if i did receive New York State Unemployment Insurance for a month in 2011, should i answer 'yes' for the Public Assistance related question on I-485?

I wish to inform you that unemployment insurance is generally paid by the companies that employ workers, therefore, unemployment insurance may not be considered public assistance.
