Immigration Papers -- I came to visit with an VWP
I came to visit with an VWP and then my boyfriend asked me to marry him. Am i allowed to stay in the USA?

I wish to inform you that even if you marry under VWP then also you may not change your status. If you overstay on VWP then in future you may not use VWP. If you intend to marry then you can go on K-1 visa. As Visa Waiver Program is for tourist purpose so it may not solve your problem however K-1 visa being a fiance visa will enable you to stay in USA.
