hi m a pakistani married to a us citizen a year ago my husband went back to us after marry me and promissed to call me to us within few months but he didnt n now he send me an in complete deed of divorce he cheated me he was already married there in us when he married me i wanna file a case against him i dont want divorce and wanna file a fraud cause against him plz tell me being his wife i can apply for visa own my own or how would i get us visa or how can i come to us i cant apply for visit visa n tourist visa cause it involve lots of dollars which i dont have . plz help me is there any way out girls like us

no actualy idont ve any relative who is going to sponser me my cousin in new jersy but she cant sponser me cuz her family problm is ther any other way out

The embassy may give you a visa to resolve the family problems, but they will want to see you wil have some means of support somehow. Friends, family etc. all could be sponsors.

You could file for divorce there where you are as well if need be.
