Need Advise(I-130)
My husband is a Greencard holder and has filed for Permanent Residency for me. I also have 2 kids who are US citizens. I received a DV-3032 form which i filled, but fall short when it comes to the I-864 form as unfortunately, my husband (petitioner) has had problems with the law and is in jail for the past 2 years. Can he be replaced as a petitioner by a family person or friend who are US citizens and who qualify with regard to the 125% poverty threshhold; or please advise on my way forward in fulfilling my dream.

You can get another sponsor to guarantee it I believe. We did that in my family. But have a lawyer do the flings. You don't want to make an error here.
