I need advice
Right now i am in my country Colombia. I was in the states for 4 years on a F1 visa. I had a son there. I failed to enroll to college in spring 2005, and left the states in june 2006. Because i had problems with my son´s father. I had No status for 1 year 1/2. I want to be able to take my son that is 3 and half on vacations, maybe stay there for some time while he gets the language there.
What can i do? ask for a Waiver of Inadmissibility? I need help please. |

You absolutely can try yes. You will need to arrange that through the Embassy. World Law could assist if need be. Email them on the home page.
