AZ 245.2 abandonment of application, when can I reapply??
Filed for a I-485 but was denied based on abandonment of application. I did not leave the country, but I was supposed to, I will have been here for 10 years this year. Can I re-apply with I-30, do I have to wait until the 10 years have elapsed to the day, or can I start process now??

I wish to inform you that if your application was denied and if you are having no basis to stay in USA then your status is of illegal immigrant. Further, now you may be placed for 10 year ban as you have stayed in USA for a period of more then one year without having any authority to live in USA.
